I am almost 1 year into my journey in strongwoman and stone lifting. From my first lift, I knew I'd found my passion. I am excited to learn and grow in this unique field. I find joy in mastering the techniques that harness the beauty and strength of each stone. The invaluable skills and advice I receive from those around me encourage me every step of the way . I am excited to share my experiences as I progress.
